Cancellations & refunds

• Our coordination fees: refundable per the schedule on your quote — typically full refund before pre-trip work starts, reduced once appointments are made, fast-cancel terms where a fair date shifts the plan.
• Third-party costs (hotel, vehicle, inspection, freight): governed by those providers' own rules; we show their cutoffs before you confirm, and refund what they refund.
• Date changes: rescheduling within the same fair window is usually free; provider-side change fees are billed at actual.
