Terms of Service

What we are. A coordination service: trip planning, interpreting, escorted visits, follow-up coordination. We are not an importer of record, not a party to between you-and-supplier sale contracts, and we don't guarantee orders or quality outcomes.

Engagement model. Each trip/engagement runs on an itemized written quote (scope, inclusions/exclusions, currency, payment schedule, cancellation terms), which together with these general terms governs the work.

Third-party terms. Hotels, transport, inspectors and forwarders carry their own conditions; we relay them to you before you confirm spending.

Limitation. Liability limited to professional care of a local coordination service; nothing here replaces purchaser judgment or third-party certifications.
