Commercial disclosure
Three possible income sources, stated in one place:
| Income | Who pays | When you see it | Effect on recommendations |
|---|---|---|---|
| Client service fees | You — on the itemized quote | Before booking always | None: this is the work we bill |
| Supplier-side cooperation income | The supplier, if they have an agreement with us | In the quote & on relevant trip pages, before you confirm trips | We keep multiple candidates per category and say which, if any, are in such a relationship |
| Local service partner income | Vehicle/hotel/inspector partners, by contract | Disclosed where relevant, before the service | We present partner prices next to independent alternatives when these exist |
Where the confusion normally lives
"Third-party costs at actual rates" and "we may receive cooperation income" can collide if a partner pays us and their rate is shown unmarked. The rule: any partner-rate passed through shows an explicit line in the quote, so you can see which provider is a plain invoice and which is a contract partner.
What we will not do
- Present one supplier/recommendation as independent while hiding a paying relationship.
- Sell 'premium placement' in comparison tables.
- Invent testimonials, ratings or badges; paid relationships never masquerade as independent reviews.
